Terms of Use.

1. What this site is

models.net.co is an independent modelling network that lets models create profiles and lets clients browse and enquire to book them. Using the site or submitting a form means accepting these terms.

2. A network, not an agency

We connect models and clients and help coordinate bookings. We do not exclusively represent or manage talent, employ models, or act as a party to the booking contract between a model and a client. We are not your agent or manager unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Joining is free, and not a guarantee

Creating a model profile is free and creates no obligation. A profile is not an offer of work, representation or payment, and review or listing does not guarantee bookings, income or any outcome. We never charge models to join, to be reviewed, or to be listed, and we make no promises of work or fame.

4. Bookings are between client and talent

Rates, usage rights, dates, conduct and payment for any booking are agreed directly between the client and the model and should be put in writing before a shoot. models.net.co facilitates the introduction; it is not responsible for the performance, payment or conduct of either party.

5. The board profiles

The model profiles shown on this site are illustrative placeholders for demonstration purposes and do not depict real network talent, real individuals or real availability. Names, stats and imagery on the demo board are fictional examples.

6. Your submissions

You confirm information you submit is accurate, that any images are yours to share, and — if the applicant is under 18 — that you are a parent or guardian providing consent. Don’t submit other people’s images or details without their consent.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t submit fraudulent, abusive or automated content, misrepresent the placeholder board as real talent, or use the network or its contacts for anything other than genuine modelling work. We may decline, remove or restrict access at our discretion.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on its content, the illustrative board, or the conduct of models or clients introduced through the network. Where liability can’t be excluded, it’s limited to re-supplying the relevant service.

We may update these terms; the current version lives at this address with its date above.
