Frequently asked questions.

For models and clients alike — cost, booking, safety and the things this industry should say plainly more often.

10 answersUpdated June 2026Free for models
Does it cost anything for models to join?
No — joining is free, and it always will be. We never charge a joining fee, a "registration" fee, or for a compulsory portfolio or course. A genuine network makes money from bookings and clients, not from people hoping to start. If anyone in this industry asks you to pay to join or be signed, treat it as a red flag.
I have no experience — can I still join?
Yes. New faces with little or no experience are exactly who a network like this is for. A clean set of digitals and honest stats is all you need to create a profile and be seen by clients.
Is models.net.co an agency?
No — it’s a network. We connect models with the brands, photographers and agencies who book them, and we coordinate bookings; we don’t exclusively represent talent, manage careers, or insert ourselves into your ongoing relationships. You keep your own work and contacts.
How do clients book a model?
Clients browse the board, then send a brief through the booking page — project type, dates, location, budget and any talent they like. We shortlist suitable, available models and connect the client with them to make the booking happen.
How are profiles reviewed?
Every model profile is reviewed by a real person before it joins the board, so the network stays genuine and worth a client’s time. We may follow up for better digitals or details before listing.
Can I join if I’m under 18?
Only with a parent or guardian, who must submit on your behalf and attend any casting or booking. We follow guardian-consent practice throughout and take youth safety seriously.
How are my photos and details handled?
Privately. Your digitals and details are reviewed by our team and are never published, shared or used for anything without your written permission. You can ask us to remove your profile at any time. See our Privacy Policy.
Do you guarantee models will get work?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. A network creates opportunities and visibility; it can’t promise bookings, income or fame. What we promise is a free, fair listing, a reviewed board, and direct connections when a client is interested.
Who can book talent — only big brands?
Anyone with a genuine job: brands, agencies, photographers, casting directors, producers and small businesses. Send a brief with the project, dates and budget and we’ll match talent that fits.
How do I get in touch?
Models start with the join form; clients use the booking form. Both reach us directly and we reply within a few business days — bookings usually within one.
